14 July 2020 The new member of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, Mrs. Manjola Kajana is sworn in before the President of the Republic
The solemn swearing-in ceremony of the newest member of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), Mrs. Manjola Kajana, took place today at the Institution of the President of the Republic.
After the execution of the national anthem and the reading of the decision of the High Prosecution Council, placing its hand on the Constitution of Albania, Prosecutor Manjola Kajana swore before the President of the Republic H. E. Ilir Meta that:
“I solemnly swear that while performing my duty I will always remain faithful to the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, the laws in force and I will respect the rules of professional ethics!”
President Meta wished success and good work to the Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, urging her to exercise her duty professionally and independently, obeying only to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Albania.
The swearing-in ceremony was also attended by the Chair of the High Prosecution Council, Mr. Gent Ibrahimi, as well as the Chair of the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime, Mr. Arben Kraja.
