The President of the Republic H.E. Ilir Meta, as he clearly reconfirmed today, has only implemented the Constitution that Venice Commission has written with its own hand for the Constitutional Court in 2016.
The institution of the President neither leaks confidential reports nor comments on them.
The institution of the President will make public the final comments on the Venice Commission in front of the Final Opinion in the most transparent way.
We invite other actors to make their poor and political excuses public.
